hi,

i just started at a job yesterday where there was some sabotage by a former admin..

no one can send mail to groups. the first error message was 'not authorized'. so i made sure on the doc properties in the nab that 'reader and above' was checked.

then the error message changed to 'message rejected due to policy reasons' but i cant find a single policy related to smtp mail to groups listed in the nab..

does anyone have any ideas and places to start that i may have missed????
